its entire organization. The project scope includes the collection
and organization of operational and compliance data for its
water and wastewater divisions. QMS will replace the current
desktop database application with a robust, centralized, and
audited database that allows it to better organize this information,
streamline reporting, and meet the requirements of the Safe
Drinking Water Act 2003.
